What is OfferLinked?
OfferLinked is a real-time AI interview assistant. It listens to your live interview, extracts the actual question from the conversation, and feeds you structured, personalized answers within seconds. Two tracks: a desktop app with Stealth Mode and a web assistant for practice.
Is the desktop overlay really invisible during screen sharing?
Yes. The overlay is rendered through an OS-level path that's excluded from screen capture on every major conferencing platform — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Skype, Discord, GoToMeeting, BlueJeans, Whereby, Amazon Chime, Tencent Meeting, DingTalk, Feishu / Lark, and more. The interviewer cannot see it. The web assistant, however, runs inside a browser tab and is therefore visible — use the desktop app whenever you need stealth.
How does the question detection work?
OfferLinked transcribes continuously, watches for a short natural pause, and analyzes the recent transcript to pull out only real interview questions. It skips chit-chat, acknowledgements, and duplicates.
What interview types does OfferLinked support?
Behavioral (STAR), technical / coding, system design, case studies, HR / phone screens, and one-way video. Answer frameworks adapt to the type you select before the session.
Can I tailor the answers to my background?
Yes. Before each session you can choose a saved position, upload or paste a resume, select General or Resume mode, pick a coding language, and attach a custom knowledge base. If a matching Q&A pair exists, Copilot can reuse your stored answer directly.
What keyboard shortcuts are available?
⌘/Ctrl+Shift+F toggles overlay visibility. ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+] cycles to the next answer variant, ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+[ to the previous. ⌘/Ctrl+Shift+= / − adjust font size. All shortcuts are configurable.
Where does my data live?
Sessions, transcripts, AI answers, and recorded audio are stored in your OfferLinked account. The report UI focuses on questions, answers, transcript, and improvement tips, so recordings are not displayed there.

What if my internet drops mid-interview?
Transcripts and answers are saved as the session progresses. If you need to recover a session, open Interview History and return to the report or live session record.
